Scope
This Pre-Order Policy applies to pre-orders placed on https://www.qbrix.in by customers in India for QBRIX diamond painting kits and related products.

What is a Pre-Order
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is currently out of stock but expected to be restocked.
Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Payment
Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.

Estimated Dispatch
Pre-order items are dispatched after the product becomes available in stock.
Any estimated dispatch date shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or confirmation email is indicative only and may change due to supplier, logistics, customs, or other operational delays.
Our standard dispatch timeline for in-stock items does not apply to pre-orders.
Mixed Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship it together once the pre-order item is available, unless we decide otherwise.
Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund to the original payment method.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy apply.
If We Cannot Fulfil the Pre-Order
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
If there is a significant delay, we may contact you with an updated estimated dispatch timeline and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds for cancelled pre-orders are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to bank or payment provider processing times.
