Our Guarantee

Every QBRIX kit is checked before packing. We guarantee that your kit is complete, free from manufacturing defects, and matches the product description.

If something is wrong with your kit, we will fix it free of charge.

Coverage Period

30 days from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

•            Missing components (canvas, drills, applicator pen, wax, tray, instructions)

•            Insufficient quantity of drills to complete the design

•            Misprinted, mislabelled, or defective canvas

•            Canvas adhesive failure under normal storage conditions

•            Incorrect item or incorrect design supplied

•            Damage caused during transit

What Is Not Covered

•            Change of mind or unwanted purchase

•            Damage caused by use, mishandling, moisture, heat, or improper storage

•            Drills lost, spilled, or misplaced after opening

•            Kits that have been partially or fully completed, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed

•            Minor colour variation between the printed canvas, product images, and drills

•            Minor cosmetic marks on the outer packaging that do not affect the contents

•            Normal wear of the applicator pen, wax, or tray

Remedies

Where a claim is accepted, we will provide one of the following, at our discretion:

•            free replacement of the missing or defective components; or

•            free replacement of the complete kit; or

•            a refund, where replacement is not possible.

How to Claim

1.        Contact us within 30 days of delivery (within 48 hours for transit damage).

2.        Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the outer packaging, the label, and the affected components.

3.        Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Additional Notes

•            This Guarantee applies to products purchased from https://www.qbrix.in or from an authorised QBRIX seller. Proof of purchase is required.

•            This Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

•            This Guarantee is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

•            Replacements do not extend the original 30-day coverage period.
