  1. Overview and Acceptance
    • These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.qbrix.in (“Site”) operated by DOART TRADE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (“QBRIX,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
    • By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale (for purchases), Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Partial COD Policy (if applicable).
    • If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
  2. Eligibility and Accounts
    • You must be the age of majority in your state/UT to place orders.
    • You may browse without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  3. Permitted Use
    • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in India.
    • Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
  4. Prohibited Conduct
    • Violate any law or third-party rights.
    • Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
    • Harass, abuse, defame, impersonate, or mislead.
    • Scrape or crawl the Site without permission.
    • Circumvent security or interfere with operations.
  5. Purchases and Payments
    • Product purchases are governed by our separate Terms of Sale and related policies.
    • Partial COD (20% prepaid + balance at delivery) may be available. View Policy.
  6. Product Information and Availability
    • Descriptions, pricing, or availability may contain errors.
    • Images are illustrative; minor differences may occur.
  7. User Content
    • You grant QBRIX a royalty-free license to use submitted content.
    • You confirm you own the rights to your content.
    • We may remove content that violates law or policy.
  8. Third-Party Services and Links
    • We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
    • Use of such services is governed by their own policies.
  9. Communications
    • You agree to receive transactional messages.
    • Marketing communications can be opted out.
  10. Intellectual Property
    • All content belongs to QBRIX or its licensors.

    • Governed by Indian law. Courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.

  20. Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items will be identified on the product page.
    Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout. A 5% discount may be offered on eligible pre-order items, as shown on the product page or at checkout.
    Pre-order items are dispatched once they become available in stock. Any dispatch date shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or confirmation email is an estimate only and may change due to supplier, logistics, customs, or other operational delays.
    You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund to the original payment method.
    If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
